Hi there!

My name is Chelsea. I started Daisy's Doggy Daycare in August 2020 because I LOVE dogs, and I wanted to provide the amazing people of my local communities a fun, and safe space for their dogs to play!

I was born and raised here on Vancouver Island, and I grew up on a small hobby farm in Port Alberni. This helped to grow my love and passion for animals - from the cows, chickens, and pigs, to the frogs, snakes, and crayfish - I love them all!
For as long as I can remember, my truest passion has been dogs! I previously managed another doggy daycare in Parksville, which later on inspired me to open my own!
I often get asked, "If your name isn't Daisy, who is the face to the name of the daycare?" Well, my 6 year old pom-chi of course! We hope to see you all soon!

Hi! I've lived in the Parksville/Qualicum area my whole life. I joined the team at Daisy's in September 2023. Animals have always been the heart of my world, and being able to spend my days surrounded by dogs doesn't feel like work-it feels like a dream come true. At home, I share my life with three dogs-Allan, Lilly, and Rammy-along with two cats, two ducks, and a husband. (You can spot my pups in the photo with me.) Dogs have always been my favourite kind of people, and most of my dearest friendships have been with them. Whether we're playing, learning, or just hanging out, I love getting to know each dog's unique personality. I feel lucky every day to be a part of their world.

I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, and moved to the Island in 2019. I have 2 teenage kids, and a husband of almost 20 years. Loving all animals came very natural to me, and I've always had a particular soft spot for the doggos (that's my little Pippa in the picture)! I am so lucky to have been given the opportunity to work with dogs, and so happy to be apart of the pawsome team at Daisy's

I have lived in Parksville my whole life, born and raised here, and still live with my family (my mom, dad, sister, and Chihuahua Shih Tzu mix named Ryder!) while going to university. I joined the team at Daisy's in the summer of 2022, and have enjoyed working here since! I have loved animals for as long as I can remember (a stuffed elephant was in my arms on the way home from the hospital!), and dogs have had a special place in my heart since I've grown up around many from family and friends (my dog Ryder and my uncle's dogs in the picture with me for my high school grad pics ). Getting to care for and play with the pups at Daisy's is always a joy!
